Alyce joined Leech and Partners in 2016 as a client manager. Originally from the North Island, Alyce grew up on the Thames Coast, attending Hauraki Plains College before gaining a Bachelor of Business Analysis from The University of Waikato.

Alyce has an interest in farming and lives with her husband Ben on a dairy farm in Hinds.

Outside work Alyce enjoys helping out on the farm, spending time in the outdoors and supporting the Chiefs rugby team.
